Sacemi Gamar at SAL DAY 2026: connecting education, industry and future professionals

On May 27, 2026, Sacemi Gamar took part as an exhibitor in SAL DAY 2026, the event organized by SPF Don Bosco in San Donà di Piave in collaboration with Confapi Venezia and Apindustria Servizi, dedicated to strengthening the relationship between companies and vocational school students. The event was created to build a concrete connection between education and the world of work, giving students the opportunity to meet local companies, discover manufacturing businesses and gain a deeper understanding of the skills required by today’s industrial sector. A bridge between education and industry During the event, Sacemi Gamar presented its company, its growth journey and the values that have always guided its activities in the field of industrial electric pumps and electric motors. Participating in initiatives such as SAL DAY means actively supporting young talents and promoting technical and industrial culture, which are essential elements for the future of Italian manufacturing. For Sacemi Gamar, the relationship with local communities and younger generations is a strategic value. Technical education, continuous training and cooperation between companies and vocational schools are becoming increasingly important to address the ongoing evolution of industry and global markets. People, responsibility and corporate culture Meeting students also represented an opportunity to share the principles that guide the company every day: responsibility, reliability, collaboration and attention to people. These values are also reflected in Sacemi Gamar’s compliance and sustainability journey. The company has recently strengthened its commitment to transparency and corporate responsibility through dedicated tools and documents, including its Code of Ethics and its first Sustainability Report prepared according to GRI Standards 2021. This path confirms the company’s intention to promote an industrial model based not only on manufacturing quality and technological innovation, but also on respect for people, the environment and relationships with stakeholders. Supporting the professionals of tomorrow Events such as SAL DAY allow companies to explain to younger generations what it means to work in the industrial sector today, offering direct insight into production processes, career opportunities and required competencies. For students, these initiatives represent an important opportunity for career orientation and professional growth, helping them better understand the working world and consciously shape their future paths. Sacemi Gamar would like to thank SPF Don Bosco, Confapi Venezia, Apindustria Servizi and all the students who took part in the initiative, contributing to a meaningful moment of dialogue between education and industry.

Sacemi Gamar publishes first Sustainability Report 2025: reporting as a driver for innovation

The approval of the first Sustainability Report for the 2025 financial year marks a strategic milestone for Sacemi Gamar. As an industrial reality traditionally oriented towards efficiency and quality, the choice to voluntarily adopt the GRI Standards 2021 (Global Reporting Initiative) represents a firm commitment to transparently communicate the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts generated throughout the entire value chain. In a global market increasingly attentive to corporate responsibility, this document is not merely a reporting act but a compass guiding future technological and organizational choices, consolidating the link between Italian manufacturing excellence and the challenges of the ecological transition. Environment and energy transition: 2027 strategic goals One of the fundamental pillars of Sacemi Gamar’s environmental strategy involves optimizing the energy mix and reducing the carbon footprint. During 2025, the company completed the installation of a second photovoltaic system on the roof of the Noventa di Piave plant, bringing the total installed capacity to 200 kWp. This investment aims to cover 60% of the total electricity demand by 2027, ensuring almost total energy self-sufficiency during the summer periods. Consumption data confirms the effectiveness of this path: electricity withdrawal dropped from 212,662 GJ in 2023 to 165,299 GJ in 2025. This was achieved through the implementation of intelligent LED lighting systems and the progressive replacement of plant motors with high-efficiency IE4 models. Another significant achievement in the "Planet" area is the total elimination of solvent-based paints, definitively replaced by two-component water-based paints. This process innovation has drastically reduced volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and optimized the use of water resources through more efficient plant washing cycles. The value of people: zero accidents and contractual stability For Sacemi Gamar, sustainability is inseparable from the well-being of its people. With a workforce of 37 employees, the company boasts 100% permanent contracts, a choice that fosters the retention of internal know-how and the social stability of the local area. The results in terms of occupational safety are excellent: in the 2025 financial year, the goal of zero accidents was achieved. This figure reflects the effectiveness of the Health and Safety Committee and constant investments in training. Beyond mandatory safety training, the company invested in organizational development paths with an ESG focus—totaling over 70 hours in 2025—to prepare the team for future technological and environmental challenges. Attention to the individual also translates into concrete interventions in the company’s microclimate, such as the installation in December 2025 of a new air conditioning system in the production departments, designed to respond directly to the needs expressed by workers during internal consultation meetings. Short supply chain and territory: the ItalyX Certification Deeply rooted in the productive fabric of North-Eastern Italy, Sacemi Gamar has structured a supply chain based on proximity and mutual trust. 99% of suppliers are located within a 300 km radius of the headquarters, a choice that drastically reduces the environmental impact of transport and supports the local economy. This supply chain reliability, combined with a production process entirely managed in Italy, allowed the company to obtain the ItalyX certification in 2025. Promoted by Il Sole 24 Ore, this certification attests to the authenticity and excellence of the "Made in Italy" brand. Support for the local community extends beyond the industrial perimeter. In 2025, the company joined the WelfareCare project to offer free oncological screenings (mammographies and ultrasounds) to the population of Noventa di Piave, an initiative that took place in March 2026. Towards 2026: continuous innovation The 2025 Sustainability Report is not a destination but a data baseline for defining new objectives for 2026, which include: The implementation of a digital energy management system for real-time consumption monitoring by department. Support for social inclusion projects by sponsoring sports teams for people with disabilities. The continuous evolution of products (electric pumps and motors) towards even higher energy efficiency standards to reduce indirect environmental impact for end customers. With this first edition of the Report, Sacemi Gamar confirms that the energy moving its machines is the same energy fueling ideas and responsibility towards future generations.

People and value in industry: women make up 20% of the Sacemi Gamar team

A technical sector that is evolving When talking about the manufacturing industry, people still often imagine a predominantly male environment. In recent years, however, the sector has been undergoing a major transformation, not only from a technological perspective, but also from a cultural and organizational one. Automation, innovation and digitalization are changing the way industrial processes are designed, managed and developed. At the same time, companies are placing greater focus on people and on the enhancement of skills and talent, regardless of gender. This is also part of the path undertaken by Sacemi Gamar, a company specialized in the design and production of industrial electric pumps and electric motors made in Italy. Women represent 20% of the company team Today, women make up 20% of the Sacemi Gamar team. A figure that represents much more than a percentage. It means expertise, organization, precision, management skills and different perspectives that contribute every day to the company’s growth and to the quality of the work carried out. Women are involved in different company areas, from administrative and organizational activities to customer management, operational coordination and support functions related to production processes. In a sector where reliability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, enhancing competencies becomes a strategic factor. People, skills and company growth For Sacemi Gamar, investing in people means investing in the company’s growth itself. The quality of an industrial product is built through structured processes, technical research and manufacturing know-how, but also through the daily collaboration between people with different experiences, sensitivities and approaches. It is precisely this ability to integrate diverse skills that allows modern manufacturing companies to face the market with greater flexibility and vision. Industrial growth does not only depend on machinery and advanced technologies, but also on the ability to create workplaces that are increasingly open, organized and future-oriented. Made in Italy and company culture Sacemi Gamar designs and manufactures industrial electric pumps and electric motors for multiple industrial applications. A made in Italy production approach based on direct process control, consistent quality and technical expertise developed over the years. Alongside technological innovation, the company continues to promote a working culture built on responsibility, collaboration and the enhancement of professional skills. Because today, doing industry also means creating an environment capable of growing together with the people who are part of it. Looking to the future with a concrete vision The future of industry will be increasingly technological, interconnected and automated. But it will continue to require human skills, organizational capabilities and vision. The fact that women represent 20% of the Sacemi Gamar team reflects a concrete path based on professional growth, collaboration and talent enhancement. A path consistent with a modern industrial vision where innovation, quality and people move in the same direction.
