Sustainability Report

Sustainability Report

For Sacemi Gamar, sustainability is not an isolated goal, but a shared process built through everyday choices, strong relationships and a common vision for the future. With the approval of its first Sustainability Report, relating to the 2025 financial year, our company formalises a path of transparency aimed at combining mechanical manufacturing tradition with responsibility towards the environment, people and the local community.

As an industrial company strongly focused on efficiency and quality, we voluntarily chose to adopt the GRI Standards 2021, the most advanced international framework for ESG reporting, anticipating alignment with evolving European regulations such as the CSRD directive.

Our 2025 highlights

The results achieved demonstrate the concrete nature of our commitment:

  • Human Capital: 37 employees, with 100% permanent employment contracts and zero workplace accidents recorded in 2025.
  • Energy Transition: Total photovoltaic capacity of 200 kWp, supporting the goal of achieving 60% energy self-sufficiency by 2027.
  • Short Supply Chain: 99% of our suppliers operate within a 300 km radius of our headquarters in Noventa di Piave.
  • Certifications: Achievement of the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification and the ItalyX certification for the authenticity of Made in Italy excellence.

The pillars of our ESG strategy

  • Environment (PLANET)

Our “zero waste” approach drives resource efficiency. We have completely eliminated solvent-based paints in favour of water-based coatings, drastically reducing VOC emissions. Thanks to technological innovation, our new motor testing systems with regenerative braking allow energy savings of up to 40%.

  • People (PEOPLE)

Safety is a pact of trust that we manage through our Health and Safety Committee. We continuously invest in training (over 70 hours in 2025 focused on ESG strategies and technical skills) and promote employee wellbeing through concrete measures, such as improving the microclimate within production departments.

  • Governance and community (PURPOSE)

Our governance is based on ethics and responsibility, supported by our Organisational Model 231 and Code of Ethics. We remain deeply connected to the Noventa di Piave community, actively supporting local healthcare prevention initiatives and projects focused on social and sports inclusion.
